Took my 65 year old dad. Very easy walk, beautiful land and tree/fence lines. Wasn't a walk down cut rows of corn. Even some wooded areas. Birds flew well, no hoopers. Not once. Nice lunch afterwards to top off a really nice hunt.

The quail were the real deal. I'm not sure they weren't wild birds and he had them trained for us. After many hunts here over the years, I still say it's the best hunt around. P.S......the chukar and pheasant were great too. Thanks Matt!

Well, I hunted with a broken ankle last month, and I had so much fun, I am headed back again this weekend.

I took my wife and dog for their first upland hunt this weekend. Matt was an exceptional guide! He was very personable and helpful, gave pointers on dog training and shooting - it was a pleasure hunting with him. He has one of the best operations out there - his dogs and family owned ranch make it that much more special. And you better bring an appetite, he serves up a great tex mex lunch and dinner. Thanks Matt, we'll definitely see you again before the season is over.

I have had the pleasure of hunting the ranch and had a great time. Great hosts, good birds and even better dogs. Watch out for the skunks! Mr. Brown knows about this, just ask him. Would recommend to anyone and am going back mid-December.
